Welcome
I know finding the right fit for a therapist can be a bit like shopping for a sofa: try a bunch before finding the one that makes you want to rest and stay a while. I’ll offer a few details that might make this process feel a little more directive. I am a licensed professional counselor and a marriage and family therapist candidate.
My work is relational at its core, whether I am working with individuals, or larger units. I believe as social beings, connection is an avenue for deep healing. I work with both individuals and relational systems surrounding relational concerns, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, codependency, familial conflicts; as well as anxiety, depression, financial stress, and life transitions.
As a queer transman, I have felt the impact as a client of seeing a therapist who could not hold my identities, as well as the power of one who could. I view myself as a lifelong learner and am committed to my own therapeutic work, consultations with other professionals, and trainings to further my education.
*I am an LPC in Colorado and Oregon and accept individual clients in both states. As an MFTC, I can only see relational systems in the state of Colorado*
